I am just back from India, and have the following opinion:
-India is a great country with very rich resources and natural beauty
-People are very friendly and have warm hospitality
- I am sorry to say, but if we look the overall system, there is no system
- It is also disappointing to say that it will take minimum 50 years to have a civilized culture in India. Most of the things are unorganized - the examples can be seen at bus stands, banks, offices etc.
--At most of the places, there is no work culture
- The govt machinary is so slow that anyone from western countries would be depressed
- The people have created so many customs and traditions that it is hard to survive
e.g. people spend so much on marriages that is unbelievable, it is wasting of both time and
money
-- Still the stress level is low than western countries and one of the reasons is that people spend
more time with their families.
